1986 hill-station honeymoon photo

Use my uploaded photo, which has two people in it. Anchor each face to its counterpart by position — left stays left, right stays right. Do not merge, average, swap or blend the two identities, and do not make the two people look more alike than they are. Keep each face exactly as it is — same features, skin tone, age and natural asymmetry, no slimming, lightening or smoothing on either. Change only hair, clothes, pose and surroundings. Put us at an Indian hill station in 1986: mid-80s hair on both, flattened and disordered by cold wind and headwear. Cold-weather clothes of the period — a chunky cream cable-knit cardigan on one, a plain V-neck pullover over a collared shirt on the other, both under a heavy woollen shawl or a boxy zip jacket, a knitted cap on one, a cloth camera bag over a shoulder, hands in pockets or one arm around the other's shoulder. We are standing close together at a railed viewpoint, shoulders touching, both facing camera with slightly stiff posed smiles as if a passing stranger was asked to take the photo. Behind us a metal railing, a steep pine-covered slope falling away, layered ridges fading into cold blue haze and a low grey sky. Overcast, cold and flat: soft light from directly overhead with no visible sun, no hard shadows, a cool blue cast throughout, and breath faintly visible in the cold air. 35mm film, 1986, shot by a stranger: grain, low contrast, a cold blue-cyan cast that the lab over-corrected toward magenta in the highlights, a slightly crooked horizon, and a red-orange date stamp lower right.
