### Anti-Patterns
| Bad | Good | Why |
|-----|------|-----|
| `before` with heavy setup | `let` (lazy) | Only evaluates when used |
| No contexts | `context 'when...'` | Clear scenarios |
| Instance variables | `let` blocks | Cleaner, lazier |
| `should` syntax | `expect().to` | Modern RSpec |
