Create an organization if one does not exist. 3. Generate an API key at https://app.promptwatch.com -> Settings -> API Keys. ## Create a Project Each project tracks one brand or product: 1. Go to Projects -> New Project. 2. Enter the brand name exactly as it should appear in AI responses. 3. Set the primary domain. 4. Choose the product category. ## Add Tracked Prompts Prompts are the questions you want to monitor across AI engines. Start with 10-20 prompts covering: - Category discovery: "best [category] for [audience]". - Comparison: "[brand] vs [competitor]", "alternatives to [competitor]". - Use case: "how to [solve problem brand addresses]". - Brand-specific: "is [brand] good for [use case]". Add prompts at Projects -> Prompts -> Add Prompt. Use `prompt-discovery` for data-driven expansion later. ## Configure Competitors Add 3-5 direct competitors: 1. Go to Projects -> Competitors. 2. Add each competitor by brand name. 3. Promptwatch tracks their visibility, mentions, and citations alongside yours. ## Enable Crawler Tracking Crawler tracking shows which AI bots visit your site: 1. Go to Projects -> Settings -> Crawler Tracking. 2. Add your domain and verify ownership. 3. Ensure `robots.txt` allows AI crawlers (see `geo-technical-setup`). ## Enable Visitor Tracking Visitor tracking measures AI-referred traffic to your site: 1. Go to Projects -> Settings -> Visitor Tracking. 2. Install the tracking snippet or connect via your analytics platform. 3. Verify by checking for incoming data within 24 hours. ## Verify Data Flow After setup, confirm each data source is active: - **Prompts**: Projects -> Prompts shows response data within 24-48 hours. - **Competitors**: Projects -> Competitors shows visibility scores. - **Crawlers**: Projects -> Crawlers shows bot activity. - **Visitors**: Projects -> Visitors shows referred traffic. If a section shows no data after 48 hours, check project settings, domain verification, and tracking installation. ## Connect MCP For agent access to Promptwatch data, run `setup-promptwatch-mcp`. ## Next Steps - Run `visibility-audit` for a baseline health check. - Run `content-gap-audit` to find missing content. - Run `competitor-benchmark` to see where you stand.
More Project Management skills
firecrawl-build-onboarding
firecrawl/skills
Get Firecrawl credentials and SDK setup into a project. Use when an application needs `FIRECRAWL_API_KEY`, when an agent should add Firecrawl to `.env`, when the user wants to authenticate Firecrawl for app code, or when choosing the first SDK and docs for a new Firecrawl integration. This skill includes its own browser auth flow, so it does not depend on the website onboarding skill.
email-sequence
coreyhaines31/marketingskills
When the user wants to create or optimize an email sequence, drip campaign, automated email flow, or lifecycle email program. Also use when the user mentions "email sequence," "drip campaign," "nurture sequence," "onboarding emails," "welcome sequence," "re-engagement emails," "email automation," "lifecycle emails," "trigger-based emails," "email funnel," "email workflow," "what emails should I send," "welcome series," or "email cadence." Use this for any multi-email automated flow. For cold outreach emails, see cold-email. For in-app onboarding, see onboarding-cro.
onboard
pbakaus/impeccable
Designs and improves onboarding flows, empty states, and first-run experiences to help users reach value quickly. Use when the user mentions onboarding, first-time users, empty states, activation, getting started, or new user flows.
