Propose a prioritized development plan following each framework's best practices to maximize the Net Perceived Value. --- ## π Frameworks Overview This skill applies five core frameworks plus an AI extension. **CRITICAL:** To optimize context usage, only load the framework definitions you need for the task at hand from the `reference/` directory. 1. **Psych Framework** β Maximize Net Perceived Value (Motivation - Friction). 2. **B.I.A.S. Framework** β Behavioral audit: Block, Interpret, Act, Store. 3. **C.L.E.A.R. Scorecard** β Copywriting, Layout, Emphasis, Accessibility, Reward. 4. **UI Rules of Thumb** β Page-type specific patterns (e.g., Landing, Dashboard, Onboarding). 5. **Psychological Triggers** β Utilization of the IKEA Effect, Zeigarnik Effect, and Loss Aversion. --- ## π Review Process Whenever a user requests a review, strictly follow these steps: 1. **Diagnostic Routing:** Determine if the interface involves AI (LLMs, generative UI, or autonomous agents). - *If standard SaaS/Web:* Apply the Psych Framework, B.I.A.S. Audit, and C.L.E.A.R. Scorecard. - *If AI-Native:* Apply standard frameworks to diagnose friction, but you MUST propose solutions using specific Shape of AI patterns. 2. **Context Routing (Lazy Load):** Analyze the user's prompt to determine which frameworks are needed. Use file reading tools to load ONLY the specific markdown files required from this skill's directory: - If user asks for Psych -> read `reference/psych.md` - If user asks for B.I.A.S. -> read `reference/bias.md` - If user asks for C.L.E.A.R. -> read `reference/clear.md` - If user asks for Rules of Thumb -> read `reference/rules-of-thumb.md` - If user asks for Psychological Triggers -> read `reference/psychological-triggers.md` - If user asks for a "Full Audit" -> Read all core framework files individually. - If the interface is AI-Native -> read `reference/shape-of-ai.md` 3. **Understand the Target:** Read the target UI files (components, pages, styles) the user wants reviewed. If none are provided, ask the user which files to evaluate. 4. **Systematic Audit:** Evaluate the UI against *all* applicable frameworks systematically. 5. **Scoring:** Rate each C.L.E.A.R. dimension (Copy, Layout, Emphasis, Accessibility, Reward) on a strict **1β5 scale**. 6. **Actionable Output:** Generate the output exactly matching the format below. 7. **Next Steps:** Offer to implement the Priority 1 (Critical) items immediately for the user. --- ## π Required Output Format You must format your response exactly as follows: ```markdown ## π Growth Design Audit ### 1. Psych Framework Analysis **Net Perceived Value Assessment:** - **Motivation signals found:** [List any] - **Friction points found:** [List any] - **Psych Additions present:** [Rewards, progress markers, delighters] - **Psych Subtractions to fix:** [Redundant fields, cognitive load, jargon] - **Labor Illusion usage:** [Present/missing, recommendation] ### 2. More Project Management skills
firecrawl-build-onboarding
firecrawl/skills
Get Firecrawl credentials and SDK setup into a project. Use when an application needs `FIRECRAWL_API_KEY`, when an agent should add Firecrawl to `.env`, when the user wants to authenticate Firecrawl for app code, or when choosing the first SDK and docs for a new Firecrawl integration. This skill includes its own browser auth flow, so it does not depend on the website onboarding skill.
email-sequence
coreyhaines31/marketingskills
When the user wants to create or optimize an email sequence, drip campaign, automated email flow, or lifecycle email program. Also use when the user mentions "email sequence," "drip campaign," "nurture sequence," "onboarding emails," "welcome sequence," "re-engagement emails," "email automation," "lifecycle emails," "trigger-based emails," "email funnel," "email workflow," "what emails should I send," "welcome series," or "email cadence." Use this for any multi-email automated flow. For cold outreach emails, see cold-email. For in-app onboarding, see onboarding-cro.
onboard
pbakaus/impeccable
Designs and improves onboarding flows, empty states, and first-run experiences to help users reach value quickly. Use when the user mentions onboarding, first-time users, empty states, activation, getting started, or new user flows.
