3. Create a filter: `gws gmail users settings filters create --params '{"userId": "me"}' --json '{"criteria": {"from": "receipts@example.com"}, "action": {"addLabelIds": ["LABEL_ID"], "removeLabelIds": ["INBOX"]}}'`
