pointer-follow-effect

Executes ONE section of a site plan handed to it by site-planner, using a real-time Three.js scene driven by CURSOR POSITION instead of scroll progress. Scroll still pins the section and drives overlay copy/reveal-lines like the other techniques; pointer movement drives the camera/scene parallax itself. Best for hero/showcase sections where desktop delight is a bonus, not sections carrying essential content on mobile (touch devices get a static fallback pose). Does NOT decide site structure or content depth — site-planner owns those decisions. Trigger only via site-planner's hand-off, or directly if the user explicitly asks for mouse/pointer-driven parallax by name.
