design-wireframes
Generate per-screen HTML wireframes for a user flow (CUJ), using Tailwind v4 utility classes that consume the prototype's theme tokens. Each screen becomes one HTML file under prototype/wireframes/ and shows up as its own link in the prototype launcher. Trigger when the user says "design-wireframes", "wireframe this flow", "mock up the signup screens", "let's get a layout for X", "draft the screens for the [feature/flow] CUJ", or has just finished mapping CUJs and is ready to translate them into something visual. Trigger proactively after map-cujs or journey-writer produces a flow, when the prototype scaffold exists, and the user mentions wanting to see what something would look like.
