DO NOT TRIGGER when: Connected App/OAuth config (use configuring-connected-apps), Apex-only logic (use generating-apex), data import/export (use handling-sf-data), or CDC channel-membership metadata such as PlatformEventChannel, PlatformEventChannelMember, or EnrichedField (use managing-cdc-enablement).
