SKIP when the user is building a non-Salesforce mobile app, using React Native / Flutter / Ionic without Salesforce integration, asking about generic mobile UI design, or working on a Salesforce-adjacent web/desktop surface (LWC, Experience Cloud, Mobile Publisher branding-only).
