Use this skill whenever the user wants to use, configure, or troubleshoot pgx (also called pg_x) — the Rust "PostgreSQL Power CLI" — for running queries, exporting data, streaming NOTIFY events, streaming WAL via logical replication, composing GraphQL over SQL resolvers, or running it as an MCP server.
